> Course Contact is a free Australian course-matching service. Tell us what you want to learn and we match you with accredited training providers offering nationally recognised qualifications (Certificate II–Advanced Diploma), short courses, licences and online study — across business, IT, health & community, trades, beauty, creative, education and hospitality. Free for learners (providers pay for qualified enquiries); enquiries are shared only with matched providers. We are a matching service, not a training provider.

## About

- **Service:** Course Contact — free course matching for learners across Australia (course.contact).
- **How it works:** Tell us your goal, study mode, location and timing → we shortlist matching courses from accredited providers (human-checked) → you receive options within one business day → only providers you're matched with contact you → you enrol directly with the provider you choose.
- **Study areas:** Business & Leadership, IT & Technology, Health/Aged Care & Community, Trades & Construction, Beauty & Wellness, Creative & Design, Education & Training, Hospitality & Tourism, plus more on request.
- **Levels:** Short courses & licences (RSA, White Card, first aid), Certificates II–IV, Diplomas & Advanced Diplomas — online, on campus or blended.
- **Cost:** $0 for learners. Training providers pay for qualified enquiries. Provider course fees are unchanged.
- **Privacy:** Enquiries are shared only with matched providers (typically 1–3); never sold to lists. Deletion on request.
- **For providers:** Accredited/registered providers can join the network to receive qualified, intent-checked enquiries matched to their scope — no lock-in.
- **Note:** We are not a training provider, college or RTO; we do not deliver courses or process enrolments.

## Free course: AI Essentials

- It ends with a **20-question exam** (https://course.contact/ai-exam) — 80% to pass, instant in-browser marking, unlimited free attempts — and on passing issues an **instant personalised certificate of completion** (printable / save-as-PDF, with name, score, issue date and certificate ID).
- The certificate is a **completion certificate issued by Course Contact — NOT nationally recognised (AQF) training** and carries no licence. For accredited qualifications, use the matching service.
